We *love* this HBO special, now with the 1st season
released on DVD.
Carnivale is a world of visionary healers and
journeys, Christ figures, telepaths, the Fool and the
Magician; synchronicity; and personal transformation,
set in the American Great Depression. It is a
breathtakingly beautiful spectacle and one of the best
things I have ever encountered on television. Strongly recommended.
